The following link is about the founder of our organization Akko. Hanshi Don Buck, Fred Buck's father was the last appointed Branch Cheif of Sosai in the U.S. before he died. He was also Chairman of the IKO U.S. at some point.

Today I got Zakaria Sensei and train in the dojo. We ran a two-hour, rock hard workouts. We drove Kata, bunkai, Mitts, Kumite and then fys.
